Our team has some active members who plan the welfare activities and we have some members who actively take part in the ground work and in organising campaigns or activities. We also have many members who support our activities and contribute to the cause in terms of ideas and man power. We appreciate the role of every member in implementing various welfare activities.

About ARROW !
ARROW is a registered NGO and non-profit organisation formed in July 2007 by a group of dedicated youngsters committed towards the welfare of society. It is registered in October 2007. The members are people like You, who have zeal to help others and desire to do something for the society and the country. The group consists of employees and students backed by the guidance and advice of experienced professionals and social workers.
Our Aim : Our aim is to create a platform for the enthusiastic youth and also involve various sectors of the society in welfare activities and thereby bring a considerable change in the society. We feel that every individual should realise his social responsibility and duty towards the motherland. Our efforts are in this direction . ..
Our Ideology : We believe in team work and collective efforts. Realising the noble goal is more important than fighting over the paths. We are open to join, assist or help any other groups in their endeavours for a noble cause. We believe that change should come from self. Let us all forget our individual differences and work together for a better society. Our little efforts can bring a huge difference and lots of happiness in to other's lives ! Our Mission ahead :
- Providing basic education to all the orphans and poor
- Helping meritorious students by paying school/ college fee.
- Providing text books, uniforms, shoes and other required materials.
- Helping students and youth by career counseling and providing employment opportunities.
- Creating awareness among students and youth on social problems.
- Creating awareness towards environmental problems and related issues.
- Creating awareness on traffic problems and give traffic education.
- Taking up any cause which will have a beneficial effect on the society.
